Hi Gang,
I just tripped to these message threads the other day. And reading them it's obvious that the Merc crowd is way cool. So I registered my Mercs and vaulted into the Top 50. Way cool but a tough crowd: by the time I checked back I was already passed up in the standings. Any way, keep me entertained by your posts and watch me as I try to progress up the Merc ladder. Your Pal, Checkers

Here's to it and to it again.
If you don't do it when you get to it,
You'll never get to it to do it again.

The Merc collectors here are a very cooperative (and competitive) bunch. Stick around and enjoy your stay!!!!

here are your rules, that must be followed:
You must never purchase a Merc without clearing it with us!
You must never snipe from a board member, unless the coin is in an ACG slab!
You must use hand signals when passing, even if your a lefty!
Any deviation or non compliance will result your being sent the darkside for 30 days, followed by behavior therapy given by the HepKat!
Marc
have you been here before...under a different name?
and so anyone was wondering besides me... how did you come up with Checkers Fred...friendly game of checkers at the local barber shop on a regular basis.???....I like it.

Welcome! I think you will enjoy your time here. The Merc group is one of the most eclectic groups you will ever meet, but we all seem to have some deep rooted bond, and it may go way beyond Mercs! These guys are some of the most generous, helpfull, funny, offbeat, competitive guys I have ever met. We all willingly help each other at every opportunity. If I can be of any help to you, you only need ask. Of course, I will then refer you to someone who can really answer the question! Again, welcome aboard, new blood is what keeps us vital!
