Second Chance?

braddickbraddick Posts: 24,219 ✭✭✭✭✭
This one was the subject of a Thread last week where the underbidder missed owning this Morgan by $1.
Is this a second chance, or did the original bidder who returned to coin see something about it that was not pleasing?

What do you do that makes all of your links open in the same window? Everyone else's links open in another window.

I told you that you would see it again, I just didn't think it would be this soon. I believe this is the 5th time around.

Perhaps the prior winner was a no-pay?

Regarding the link opening in the same window, that happens when the link text is a URL. I don't know why, though.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

His link is using different HTML code. It's using:
    a href="http... /a (in brackets)
    instead of
L= and /L with the brackets, link text, etc.
  • It's a Bondman coin of course it is crap.

Duh. I posed this question to Braddick some two months ago; he told me to be glad he even provided an image. image Anyone, by now, I have remembered that when I follow a "Braddick link" I must use the browser back button. See you guys in two months. image

  • Going back thru the computer records available to all of us on EBAY, I see that the winning bidder prior to this new listing left feedback on two coins from bondman, both blues but not the same date as the one which is the subject of this thread. He has bought far more coins from colorful coins and a few other who specialize in toned Morgan Dollars. I suspect he was unhappy with the coin and returned it!image
