    Yeah Jim, smells like a Scam is happen'in.

    Reserve was supposed to be $15,000 and its already met at $1575. They don't know the value, yet they estimate it to bring in $20/K to $25/K. Get real.....

    I gave the seller a call and left a message, asking him, now that the reserve is met and someone is going to get the lot. Can I come and look at it. I'll let you know if he responds.
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!
