Bump for what is, quite simply, an extraordinary achievement. I don't think those who aren't in to modern proof coins really understand just how difficult it is to find a true deep cameo '71-S nickel, and to make one in the grade of 69 is something that should REALLY be celebrated.
not only is it a tough date to find well frosted on both sides, it seems they grade the date rather hard, also. from my records it's been well over a year and possibly close to 3 since PCGS graded a 1971 Jeff as 69DCAM. quite an accomplishment indeed.
