    Improper planchet rinsing. The Accented Hairs are plagued with this type of problem.

    cream of tartur cleansing solution not thoroughly rinsed off the prepped planchets after the polishing stage. also the same film that plagued the 1961 proof halves the worst of all. you could have a monster cameo 61 with a foggy,green-slime haze,knowing your going to dip it into a 68dcam and when a bath is attempted..."uh-oh" FOG/HAZE/WHITEOUT city. DUD,impaird proof ! BUT,theres only one combatant to the ol cream-of spots...wouldnt you all cam'ers like to know?
