Bob, if that is the seller I am thinking of on Yahoo, stay far away. The coin you imaged has been buffed, as all his "DMPL"s have. Listen very carefully to this: Never, ever buy a DMPL sight unseen or over the internet, unless it is in a PCGS, NGC or ANACS holder.
Yes- someone made a "DMPL meter" that is an American flag, and if you can see it's reflection when the coin is a certain distance from the flag, then it magically is DMPL... of course, this guys aren't DMPL, they are BMSP (Bathroom Mirror/Super Polished)
