I had been a little irritated with PCGS a week or two ago. I had a few questions about grading of English coins that I felt I was having a hard time getting answers to, along with other concerns. I stated my feelings publicly on the World & Ancient Forum (Darkside). The response by the staff at PCGS (along with your answers tonight) have restored my faith in PCGS. You should know that Carol spent a great deal of time and effort in finding the answers I needed and conveying that information to me.
