Regrades?

David,

I believe you stated a while back that crossover coins would have the grades revealed to the graders to try and improve crossover rates. Do PCGS coins sent in for regrades have the grade revealed to the graders, too?

    Tony...PCGS graders do not know the grades of regrades before they grade them, and don't even know they are grading regrades. If I was a submitter to PCGS,...and contrary to BS some spew, I'm not...I would always use the regrade service, and I would seldom crack out coins...David
