Are there two types of 1986 American Silver Eagles?

I saw two 1986 silver eagles with an inner circle around the eagle on the rear, so it looked like the text around the outside reverse was in what looked like a track? Does anyone know what these are? They are the only two eagles I have ever seen with the extra line. (Sorry no photo--I saw them while I was on vacation).
