Toned Twenty Cent coin

Toning and cameo seem to be hot topics! I thought this Twenty Center was a cameo coin. I sent it to PCGS for a review and they didn't agree. It is pretty well toned. It also seems pretty well frosted. I might dig it out and see if I can get a better picture.

There is a coin I bought sight unseen. I bought it directly from a collector based on his description and had full return priviledges.
I think it is a cameo coin. I'd love to see cameo on the holder. But not enough to send this puppy to NCS
I'm getting the impression that PCGS tends to avoid giving cameo to toned coins. I did see that cameo proof Morgan on another thread. Perhaps that one is clean enough on the devices it makes cameo? My twenty center is toned over the devices.
I need to make a trip to my safe deposit box for another reason. I will grab this one and try for another photo.
I believe that there is a great deal of inconsistency with the "cameo" and "deep/ultra cameo" designations. As Taro said "Very nice looking coin no matter what the holder says"!
Awful nice coin, would you return it because you did not get an upgrade?
