What is the typical time one should expect for this service? A recent thread showed a few outstanding resubs that were three or more months old. Mine dates back to November 2002.

Guarantee regrades now take 2 to 3 weeks. I have recently instituted procedures to speed up the process to 5 days or less. The guarantee from November was a special situation in which the submitter wanted a replacement coin and we can't find one on the open market.
