An Apology to The Lovers of Toned Coins

Hi guys,
A couple days ago I posted a message poking fun at lovers of toned coins..... I wasn't serious I just thought it would be funny to get a rise out you all.
Anyways, I've been living a lie. I actually like toned coins as well!
If you are willing to forgive me for the post, I have some questions about toning. First off, I have a bunch of beautiful Morgans(yes, i like those too!). The one problem with them is that they are blast white, no color! What is your best advice on putting some color on these. I DO NOT MEAN ARTIFICIAL TONING, but rather more natural processes like wrapping them in paper with a sulfur content, etc. and letting them sit for years. Other than using paper with sulfur, what do you recommend for toning? Also, where can I buy paper that has sulfur content (I would assume Staples, but which brand???)? Lastly, is there any way to avoid totally blacking out your coins instead of giving them a nice rainbow tone? Do you just have to leave it all up to luck?
As a final thought, would you consider toned coins the current, hottest fad in coins? And, with connotation of being a fad, do you think toning on coins will always be considered as desirable as it is now? If not, when do you see it losing its popularity?
Thanks,
Kevin

<< <i>This might arose some anger, but I don't give. I'm tired of posts with 100 pics of these 'toned monsters'
1. Franklin Half Dollars (or 'frankies' as you cool cats (a la Lucy) call 'em)- FBL my ass, I don't care how many bell lines you got, the coin still sucks
2. This isn't a coin, but that 'frankie' comment reminded me of this:: Lucy's whole 50's gig
3. Ikes- Hideous.
4. Roosevelt Dimes- I don't wanna see a beautiful toned 1979 dime; although, I did find a beaut in Seven Eleven's Give/Take a Penny Box!! (sarcasm....)
5. Peace Dollars- it looks like my cat took a crap on a picture of Miss Liberty and turned it into a coin
6. Morgan Dollars- I used to love these... until I realized this was the 'band wagon' of coins. For God's sake people, there are other types of coins to collect. I understand they are beautiful and relatively inexpensive, but please...
Feel free to be annoyed by this. Don't PM me with your inane comments. Why? Because I don't care about what you have to say.

O ya, I forgot:
Jefferson Nickels- Ugliest coin in existence.... "Look at this deep purple of a grape Jeff!!" Shut up! Oooooooh toning, cool. I'll get out a purple sharpie and make my pocket change look just as nice.
Deepest Regards,
kg
