There has to be a term for "you jumped the gun before a great deal". Case in point:
1. I recently bought a treadmill. It went on sale the next day, then even further two weeks later. I used their 30-day price match guarentee but what a hassle to get the $40 followed by $15.
2. My chimney needs repair. Two days ago I found a contractrator and paid 1/3 up front with my home equity line of credit access checks. Today in the mail I get special HELOC checks for a six month rate of 3.49%, obviously lower than my current rate.

I just sent in 2 CC Morgans last month.
Oh well. I'm sure I've got some more around some where.

3. I sell any stock and it immediately goes up.
Too many more examples - go figure.
