What does the term in some of the sell post "NewPs" mean?

New posts?, New parcels?, New possibily ?

I bet this is soooooooo simple but I do not honestly know.

I'm not too fond of it either Outhaul, but it was the first thing that came to mind when I posted my new stuff.
