David,
I have noticed that PCGS employs experts in other areas (errors etc) and I wanted to find out about the large coppers. How about PCGS teaming up with someone like Bob Grellman for large coppers? It may stimulate more submissions for the older coppers and bring groups like the PCGS and the EAC into agreement on grades. As a large cent collector, I would be willing to pay for the attribution of the coin.

We have looked at large cent die variety attribution now and then. It's probably something we will do eventually. We have a long-time EACer and copper expert, Gordon Wrubel (also a PCGS founder) in the grading room now.
Right now were up to our you-know-what in regular grading submissions, so we really couldn't take on attribution at this point.
