I'm not very knowledgable about Lincoln's but it seems to have the same coloration (not in the same pattern) as the one FC57 posted Frank's Lincoln

I know it's not real. That is not how a cent tones naturally. I dont think you'll be able to buy a cent from that dealer that isnt dipped or some way messed with. For real. ...speaking from personal experince.
Most likely, the coin was cleaned some time back... then improperly stored afterwords. I dont think the dealer did anything to that particular coin. I've seen many partial sets that looked that way.
