Three hours and no new threads or posts, ahh back to being the dead forum.

Somebody/anybody want to start a thread about selling coins here?

i believe many spoke because it was a sensitive issue and many who replied and are labeled as "outspoken opponents who post virtually nothing" are likely some such as me who visit often but read and don't reply. is that a bad thing, mitch?? i find it tiring that things are constantly whittled down to i won-you lost or i'm right-you're wrong.

you're certainly entitled to your opinion. did i say you weren't?? my apologies if that was an inference you somehow extracted from my posts on the topic. where we part ways is that you seem to feel you're right and have won some type of victory while i tried to raise ideas throughout the discussion to see if some plurality of opinion could be found. none really was, mnmcoin's poll notwithstanding.
it really isn't important to me whether anything, nothing or something-in-between those extremes can be sold here. what is important to me is that rules governing the site shouldn't be vague and open to interpretation. most who remained openminded about the discussion shared that sentiment.
what is and isn't important to you about the whole thing??

this forum is dead. Seven threads updated since yesterday. Dead.
Who cares if people post coins for sale. No one is using this forum anyway.
Maybe I've just gotten used to the tempo on the Open Forum.

getting discussed about registry coins, someone will come along to try to save us
from our follies by telling everyone that the coins are overpriced and those with
an interest are just stroking their egos or somesuch. Go back and read the old
threads, it's hard to find one that doesn't fit the pattern. It's one thing to disagree
or dissent but this often crosses the line well into trolling. Ignoring them often
seems to encourage them and answering them interupts the thread.
