what is a reasonable price on an 1803 S-245 unicorn variety Lg. cent in G/VG or let's say good? My dealer has one for $52.50. If I buy it I can post a pic.

    My copy of CQR is too far out of date to give an accurate price but I can say that it is basicly just a type coin. Maybe worth 5 to 10 percent more than what ever the type coin price is. Trends shows a VG-8 at $55 so it maybe a bit high but if it is nice with smooth surfaces decent color and no problems I'd buy it. They aren't going to go down.

    It says in Choice VG it is worth $65.00 G is $40.00
    Ave condition VG is worth $50.00 G is $30
