Is gaspipe missing?

I won a couple of his cards on Tuesday. I emailed, but I haven't heard anything back.

Does anyone know what's going on with him?

On another post, he mentioned something about having to travel to Florida. I've done business with him since 1999. He'll come through; there is nothing to worry about.
  • The very last guy that you have to worry about.

  • I think I do recall reading something about him being in Florida.

I'm not worried. I just like to hear from the Seller soon after the auction has ended.

People on this board can verify that I like to make contact with the Seller within hours of an auction ending. With me having to mail a check, I want to get it in the mail ASAP.

The funny thing about it is that I will be out of town, and computerless, this weekend.

Actually I sent your email to someone else. You have it now.

Keep in mind eBay'ers there is a current trend that the seller does NOT send out a notification. Many have the info already listed in the auction's description and many others use the checkout option. I usually send out my notifications within minutes after my last auction ends for that day, and by that time several buyers have already paid via Paypal prior to hearing from me...jay
  • Jay is correct, I received payment on line before most my automatic PayPal invoice scould go out for auctions that closed last week.

Gaspipe is solid. A great asset to the board and a key cog in the 69 arena. If gaspipe is missing he is sniffing out some tough 69's.

  • Dave,

Agree wholeheartedly on gaspipe's 1969 expertise. If have the opportunity to attend this year's national, you should chat with him about the set in general. He is a great resource on the set, the variations as well as the strategy Topps used that year in printing the set. AAA+
