Prompt Make-Good from Early American

Bought a Seated Liberty at an Early American auction, advertised as MS63. Picture didn't show any problems.
3/25 - Morning mail brough it back from PCGS in an AU58 slab, and close inspection supported the grade.
Waited a few hours to let the fire subside a little, than sent a polite E-mail to Early American through the "contact us" link on their website.
3/26 - Overnighted it back to them for inspection, at their request.
4/2 - Received check for full refund, including buyer's spiff.
Lesson learned - Don't buy high-grade raw coins sight unseen; but if you do, Early American will treat your fairly without any hassle.
