Is $2200 too much to pay for this Standing Liberty quarter?

It's a 1917S Type One. The seller says it's MS65. I've always wanted a Mist State Type One SLQ. Is $2200 too much to pay? Do you think it's properly graded?Link

maybe not if it is a 1916 - I do not see the S - look at the back if type 1 - it is not a MS65 more like a P-01 - but could be worth in the hundreds, maybe thousands
