Found a newspaper ad

that is advertising "Unclaimed valuable uncirculated State quarters available for only the cost of protective capsule-no matter what their value".. They say that they cost of each caplule and sealing labor is $2.20 each. each year set is 'only' $11.00 + $3.00 S&H. Or if you order all 4 statehood quarter dollars lots you get them for only $39.00 and you receive FREE shipping and handling.

Good deal or just forget this? They are supposed to be uncirculated and includes the latest one which is Alabama. Any opinions?

The quarters probably are uncirculated, but I'd bet they're bagmarked to death. And, those "$2.20" capsules are about a dime each in the volume these outfits buy.
