    It depends on your definition of 'much'.

    The 65p non sms in MS67 and 84d in MS67 could easily be > $125 each.

    What are the populations on the pieces?

    I made a 1997-P (pop 7/0) in MS-67 and recently sold it on E-Bay for about $500. Got to research the pops and see what those numbers suggest.

    84 d is a pop 4 in 67 with the others in the 20 and 30s.
