Wierd PCGS Customer Service Experience

I've been checking on the status of a certian coin sent for cross over. I've called a few times in the past few days and have gotten the messages that it was in: Grading... then sealing.... then verification. When the lady told me it was in sealing I asked her if that meant the coin crossed, she replied 'yes'. I called today and I asked where it was and was told sealing again... humm, I thought, how could It go from verification to sealing?!? I just checked the website and it says "DNC"!!??

What in the world is going on here?? Are they sealing the coin back in the NGC holder?? Something seems askew!

    Ryan...PCGS Vice President Mike Sherman checked this deal out today and said it looked like a PCGS screw up. He'll email you personally and explain what happened and what we're doing to take care of you...David
