1897 Indian 1c. "1" in neck- does PCGS recognize?

I went to a small club show today and cherrypicked an 1897 Indian cent with a "1" in the neck. The coin is an AU-55/58. I see in the Jan 2002 pop report that PCGS has graded 1 in MS 63 RD but that's it. I checked the PCGS coin number book and they have no listing. Does anyone know if this is a PCGS recognized variety?

Thanks,
Bruggs

There are 6 currently in the pop. reports but who knows how accurate they are. I have a 64RB that's not in the pops.....so who knows?? Like many of the varieties, the PCGS pops are often wildly innacurate. Not a great picture, but here's mine.
