Yes they are all covered in the book, in fact that list was supplied to Error world by Jan Schwenk and it is an early version of the list that I sent him by e-mail. So it is an early version of MY list! I send them a list of additions and a couple of updates/corrections. The list now has 83 companies. 85 if he adds the other two companies that are using the ACG encapsulation option that I mentioned to him.
