Wexler Attributions on PCGS Holders?

If I list the Wexler variety designations (obverse and reverse) on my submission, will they be mentioned on the holder (assuming, of course, the grader agrees)? I bought a Jeff nickel directly from John Wexler, so I believe they are correct. image

    I have to plead ignorance on this one. Please PM me and explain what the Wexler designation is.
