Should NGC be held responsible for damage caused by that Eye Appeal?!

I recently viewed a pretty NGC 'STAR' coin and tripped over myself. I hurt my shin (you know how much that smarts!). Should NGC be held responsible for my pain and suffering?

On a similar argument, should NTC be held responsible recently when I viewed one of their coins and lost my lunch? Afterall, I had spend $7.49 on that roast beef sandwich.

Pat -- in a country where you can sue anybody anytime for anything I would say very definitively, NGC is responsible for your pain and suffering.

  • Pat- I think you should sue WSM. After all, if he had not made such a stink over the star designation you probably would never have bothered to glance at the star designated coin and therefore never had the accident where you did irreparable damage to your shin. Talk to Frattlaw, he will probably handle the case for you.

  • Do I get a finders fee? One of those overgraded pretty toned coins that WSM hates so much will do fine.

  • Did I get you checking into the value of your star collection? You found out how much youve lost and fell over backward?
You can fool man but you can't fool God! He knows why you do what you do!
