Hello David.
This was discussed some time ago, but nothing ever came of it. So, I will bring the question back to see if anything changed.
On the 1998, 1999 and 2000 Type two Reverse Proof Hub Cents, will PCGS start recognizing this variety? The coins are listed in the new Redbook as of the 2003 issue. No microscope or imagination is needed to notice the variety.
I think there is a collectors demand by looking at sales on eBay, etc.
