NCS slabs - genuine

What are your thoughts when you see a NCS slab that says genuine?
Is this a coin that could not make PCGS/NGC?
Why would someone pay NCS to authenicate rather than one of the other services
that authenicate and grade?
For that matter, why would anyone pay any grading service to put in plastic and call authentic?

I guess for something very rare that might have been horribly cleaned or something. You would at least have some assurance of authenticity without having the coin net graded by ANACS. Just an idea . mdwoods
We'll use our hands and hearts and if we must we'll use our heads.

6.00 and they will holder it and merely state GENUINE on it with no grade assigned.
12.00 and they will holder and assign it a grade and note problem(s)
I have only seen a few for sale of the GENUINE ones. I would suspect most people would pay the extra and get a grade.
I submitted my wreath cent to them on the 12.00 level.
I REALLY like the appearance of their holder!
