PCGS has graded several commems bearing the portrait of Senator Joe Robinson of Arkansas. Unfortunately, the current generation would not remember Senator Joe Robinson, who ran with Al Smith on the Democratic ticket in 1928 or even prominent Arkansas Senator J. William Fulbright. Both of these men were the biggest names in Arkansas politics for decades... It was rumored that Senator Fulbright suggested that President Truman resign in wake of the Republican Congressional victories of 1946. From that point on, Truman referred to Fulbright as Senator Halfbright...You gotta like Harry.

    PCGS wouldn't slab it.

    ACG might, though.

    Perhaps FH?image
