This isn't a question--it's just an easy way for me to communicate to you or to someone else at PCGS. I wrote a story for the ANA's magazine, Numismatist, in which I related the tale of the 9-11 quarters created by PCGS board members and PCGS. The story explains the generosity of PCGS and PCGS board members in raising over $40,000 for the victims of the 9-11 attack. Both PCGS and PCGS board members are portrayed in a strongly positive manner. Anyway, the story will be published in the April issue of Numismatist. In the article the URL for the PCGS chat boards is mentioned. So, in case you want to do something "special," there might be more new people checking out these boards than usual.
