Wierd, random experience from PCGS

Umm... I've been checking on the status of a certian coin sent for cross over. I've called a few times in the past few days and have gotten the messages that it was in: Grading... then sealing.... then verification. When the lady told me it was in sealing I asked her if that meant the coin crossed, she replied 'yes'. I called today and I asked where it was and was told sealing again... humm, I thought, how could It go from verification to sealing?!? I just checked the website and it says "DNC"!!??
What in the world is going on here?? Are they sealing the coin back in the NGC holder?? Something seems askew!

I talked to one at NGC and she had the nerve to tell me that my order form accompanied the coin into the grading room so that the grader could look at it while grading the coin.
PCGS already gave out their annual crossover this year. Try again in 2004!

P.S. Please remit additional grading fee.
Received January 22
On it's 46th day
Just finished the grading room, flipped, and sealed (what flipped means, I got no clue)
Waiting for the finalizer to go over it and then ship it
'Course, I asked how long this stage would be: Tuesday or Wednesday, maybe a little earlier
We'll see.
I hate it when you see my post before I can edit the spelling.
Always looking for nice type coins
