Jefferson Proof prices rising????

In the March 17 issue of Coin World, Jefferson Proof Nickel prices are showing approx. $5.00 compared to $1.56 (PCGS). Is this possible???

I am a novice and trying to figure this out.

proof prices are bloated in trends, even more than the MS prices. Although I have noticed that Jefferson proofs are getting more expensive in general.
