Input about my next "big " purchase

In my hobby (turning pens on a wood lathe with exotic woods, the one I do for true profit, unlike my coin collecting,
) I have recently made a big sale and after expenses are paid, will realize around $400-500 that I can "play with". I have been watching some Standing Liberty quarters and some Barber series coins in low mint state. Any thoughts on a one-coin or two coin purchase that you would like to do with this amount of money. For some people on here that is a lowball amount, but for me, this would be a big time purchase and I would like to know your thoughts on what you might buy, and any thoughts of advice on my purchase. I have a local dealer who I hold in a high regard, he has been quite honest and helpful in assessing my Ike submissions, calling each grade right on the mark before I submitted them. I may go to him and see what he can do for me, but I like to listen to others here "ramble" on their choices!!

I don't know if this happens to other people but when I go looking for a specific thing I find it very frustrating. For one it seems like you can't find it and then the one's you do see aren't really the top shelf quality you want. That's why I try to have an open mind and look around for the coin that will jump out at me. Since you trust this dealer why don't you talk to him about it and see what he has? $400-$500 can buy a great coin.
