2 questions regarding Statehood Quarters

My first question is, why doesn't PCGS list all of the Statehood Quarters in order in which they were minted, instead of alphabetical order for that year on the set registrys. Can this be fixed?

My second question is why does PCGS put the quarters upside down in the flag holders.

    We started out listed the quarters in the registry in the order in which they were minted, then we screwed up and did the alphabetical thing for the later years. We'll fix it. Thanks for the heads up.

    We put the Flag holder quarters in the way we do because we took a poll of the collectors and that's how the majority of them wanted it.
