Question: Liberty portrait on Barber coins, is it Lady Liberty or Sir Liberty?
IMHO, it has got to be a man. If it really were a woman, then it's too ugly! (sorry, Barber lovers).

ER, I would say to place a Barber half next to a Morgan Dollar. The Morgan is one of the all time most popular coins, but if I were to pick between the BARBER LIBERTY and the MORGAN LIBERTY, then my choice would be Miss Barber. Miss Barber looks younger and thinner than Miss Morgan, but back in the 19th century, I suppose they were hotties.

High relief coins are always a striking problem. Also, she's Canadian.

I think we have to bring back the Bust dollar and design it to present day standards. First choice for an outstanding BUST DESIGN,
would have to be Pamela Anderson, then Carmen Electra, Halle Berry, and so on. These new designs would blow away the tough looking, overweight, macho looking, Barbers and Morgans. Any BUST fans out there ? We need to get some real beauty back into our coins.
