Basic Type Set For the Registry

David:

You and I have discussed the idea of a basic copper/nickel/silver typeset for the registry. This would be a set of major varieties only without the subtypes. For example, one seated quarter instead of all six subtypes. Or, one capped bust half instead of the three subtypes. There would be about 36 pieces total or so. This set would be great for those who collect a more limited number of higher grade pieces rather than a greater number of lower graded pieces. It would be analogous to the 12 piece basic gold typeset already in the registry. Do you think this can happen in the near future? Thank you for your consideration.

Greg...This is something we need to do pronto. BJ and I are working on gold coins right now. Next up is revamping the type sets and first on the list will be the basic sets. Should get to them in the next 30 to 60 days.
