Mini- registry set? War-time nickels?

I do not have a registry set yet and am considering the 1951 proof set (5 coins) or the Roosevelt silver proof set (15 coins). The other set I was considering was war-time silver Jefferson nickels except there isn't one - is an eleven coin mini-set not large enough to warrant Registry Status? They are in a different section when I check the population reports and a different metal composition.

I think the War-Time nickel set is a good Set Registry addition. I'm surprised we didn't think of it. Good catch!
