What is the best way to buy rolls of Morgan Dollars?

I am going to look at a group of supposed "original" rolls of Morgans. I have never bought rolls like this as I typically buy mostly modern stuff (1930-1964+) From what I understand, most of the rolls are common or slightly better than common (1880 S or 1878 S etc.) What I was hoping to find out is...

1. If they are original rolls should I go through them for certification to PCGS or NGC, and if so what grade would be the lowest I would want. Or should I just keep them together as original rolls. And what price in relation to bid/ask is a fair price to buy sell.

2. If they are not strict original but UNC dollars, MS63 or even better are they worth buying and again what price in relation to bid/ask. And try to slab whatever is slabable or sell them.

Or any other advice you could give a newbie of this kind of stuff.

thanks for your help
