Newkid, very pretty coin. I think I saw that one on Ebay not too long ago.....is that where you got it? The seller also had a very pretty
NGC rainbow of the same year/mint.......

Anyways, doesn't matter where you got it, it's a beauty. Nice picture, too. Just out of curiosity, how do you get the
picture to post directly in the thread? Mine always attach to my threads with an additional link.....

    Cheers

Looks like it might be FOR SALE

  • Seattle,
Yes, we listed the coins on e-bay. Sometimes I think they are too nice for e-bay. Can you believe it, we didn't get a bid over $250. I will just hang on to them for that. Might just be because the pictures didn't turn out very good. Just trynig to post them here and see what happens. Out of a collection of 50 or so certified toned pieces these have to be the pick of the litter. Man if these are worth $250, I would take all you got too. Have a good one !

it appears that rainbow toned morgans are more popular, and available, than they were in the past.

Newkid, "too nice for Ebay"!!? Have some faith! Ebay isn't always the best venue to sell, but more often than not, its ups outweigh its downs.

If you relist and give me the auction numbers, I promise I'll bid.

  • EBAY is a great place to buy toned coins if you have patience and stick to PCGS and NGC. You should cull them carefully, especally the NGC coins. Not such a great place to sell right now. A high bin price is an automatic death sentence to your sale.
