A while back i pointed out a fake 1914-D on ebay. After one of our board members pointed this out to the seller he pulled it, saying it was listed in error. Original thread and auction.

Well he has listed it again, Current auction.
Alright! Who removed the cork from my lunch?

  • Yes, I think that is a "VDB" on Lincoln's shoulder. If it is, it started out as a 1944-D.
The strangest things seem suddenly routine.

He must have got the hint again, as he has cancelled the auction.

Maybe someone should call the seller and request that he take the damn thing ut of the 2x2 and file the dat eoff of it. Just so another "listing error" doesn't happen again.
