BJ is Great

I've made a few comments and complaints about the PCGS Registry to SetRegistry@collectors.com . Each time, BJ has responded very professionally, and made things right when there was a problem. I think this is great, and that she is an asset to PCGS.

BJ is beyond belief. She emails me on Sunday afternoons...nags me constantly. Is working 60 hours a week on the PCGS Set Registry...and here's the scary part...spending just as much time on the PSA Sportscard Set Registry. Stamps, British coins, Colonials, and Territorial gold are next. No BJ, no Set Registry. We should all take an insurance policy out on her.
