  • My malpractice insurance carrier would cut me off if they heard that I stuck my neck out with a no-fee reply to your inquiry. I'll just say that there could be very serious ramifications, and suggest that if you feel a strong need to follow through, you should consult an attorney licensed to practice in your state.

Careful there big guy, you don't want to be a publisher of potentially defamatory and libelous remarks. That gets you a lawsuit from the Hagars. I am sure that K6AZ has checked the story with Mr. Stuppler and they have done their homework on this one, BUT the statement hasn't been made under the penalty of perjury so we can't be quite sure of its truthfulness. Not that I'm saying it isn't true, but you would want to check the facts first with the author before handing something like that out to others in the business.

Every show I've been to has a table with a bunch of fliers. What if someone anonymously dropped a stack of those documents on such a table? Could get interesting...

All that a notary does is that it states that the document was in fact signed by the person in question, it doesn't speak to the document's truthfulness.

Stop with the games, someone will get caught and trust me, legal fees can be quite exhorbitant.
