Here is the document pertaining to the bankruptcy Hager filed in 2000. There are several
notable facts in this document.

1)Alan Hager was transferring property to Diane Hager at a fraction of the value, in
effect hiding assets from the trustee of the bankruptcy.

2)Alan Hager had in his possession two firearms, a shotgun and a 9 mm Glock.

3)Alan Hager was at the time involved in several lawsuits.

What is the significance of the firearms? Are they illegal to own if you file bankruptcy?

The major significance of the firearms is the fact that Hager has made many threats of violence to people. When you make threats like that and are proven to have owned firearms, that is serious.

More curious about the timing of the donation of $3000 to the ANA...

Any impact on the creditors of Hager? Did they get damaged as a result of the ANA receiving such funds?

Now, now, Eric, that's not entirely -- he transferred 500 shares of Accugrade to her, valued at $10,000. I'd say that was inflated, wouldn't you? image
