2003-W AE Proofs US Mint Discounts?

Hi. I was wondering if anyone could answer a question for me.
The US mint sent me there announcement of the 2003-W proof AE. They stated they are $24.00 each. If I buy a roll, do they discount? I don't need the presentation boxes because I plan to have PCGS slab them. This is my first time considering a roll and advice from someone with experience with the US Mint and purchasing AE Proofs from them would be appreciated.

Proof coins are not sold by the roll, only regular strikes and those are not sold directly to consumers.
