    shaq just came off 48 points because bill russell was in the stands and kobe had 13 points because he was looking for the daddy all night......

    so lakers will win the game and kobe will be high scorer for the game

    I think (and hope) the Lakers will win.. Shaq with about 35, Kobe with 35-40
    Duncan with 25 points & 15 boards..

    after the spurs lost in ot to the wolves on friday night, the spurs are gonna come out gunnin, they have so many weapons and can take it inside with duncan, or shoot it outside w/ jackson, parker and others, i think the spurs will win and kobe high scorer

    don't know about things opening up for kobe, kobe can open his own way

    kobe has always owned the spurs, but if you watch kobe you will see the lakers hardly run any plays for him, everything he does is 1on1 or 1on 2 with no screens from his team

    the spurs got bruce bowen a defensive specialist for 1 purpose "kobe"

    Duncan always does that win he feels he didn't do as well as he should have, he is his hardest critic, and it serves him well image David is scared of no one, and has shown it over his illustrious career. As I said before, this is a new year, and you can't rely on past laurels. I wish you good luck in the playoffs!

    hey good luck, just don't get over confident. the regular season is nothing compared to what players bring in the playoffs

    the lakers are the champs untill someone beats them 4 games in the playoffs.

    I hate to say it but the lakers are toast this year. The role players are just not getting it done. They need a good third option so they can still win if either kobe or shaq have an off game like kobe did today. I am a huge laker fan but I think the spurs will beat the lakers in five or six games.

    Overconfidence is when Kobe was smiling in Bowen's face while the Spurs were handing it to the Fakers.
    Bowen just shook his head.

    Lakers are last years champions and this year's defending champions.

    The Spurs are certainly the team to beat this year.
