Military Coinage/Token Question

I picked up a boxed of mixed Darkside coinage at an auction today, estate not exclusively coins. I found a lot of Vietnamese pieces from the middle sixties, a lot of korean pieces, some war years Francs, marcs, some middle eastern and asian coinage I am still working on identifying. One of the most interesting pieces is a small aluminum piece about the size of a Lincoln Center One side says "Value 05 Cents (actually the cent sign which is not on the keyboard). The other, "N.C.O. Club Wheelus Air Base Libya" The estate was for an older woman whose husband was a career military military officer which accounts for the variety of coins in this set. Anyone familar with this military token.. and if you have a website reference for more information, I would appreciate it.
