1959-D MS67RD DHRC

I was just checking out e-bay and came across this DHRC linc. at $295 so far.What's so special about the 59-d's.? I have a full tube that look pretty nice. Am I missing something here?

Coin is really hard to find this nice. When looking under a 5 power glass they all seemed to have marks or spots. Had a deal once with over 100 original rolls and found some that I graded. The best I could do is MS-66. Sold the remainder BU Rolls for $1 each. So a nice BU coin is worth 2 cents and a mega grade MS-67 coin is worth $295.

The pop report shows a total of only 29 with none higher, so apparently it's a pretty tough coin.
