Would you bid on old auction catalogues?

I'm pilfering thru all my rubble, cleaning house, and was considering putting some auction catalogues on ebay. Going back ten years or so, I have a lot of'em. Superior, Mastro, Sportscards Plus, Lipset, etc... (I have alot! I saved every one)
Would you guys bid on older catalogues (cheap opener) , or should I put'em in the recycle bin?

I would be interested in the some of the Mastros...but I think shipping would be pretty expensive though.

I might be interested in some of the catalogues pre-1999. I have already ensured to add various Sotheby's auction catalogues to my collection (e.g. Copeland, etc.). Would like a David Hall Superior auction catalogue. If you ship by media mail, perhaps shipping wouldn't be too horrible.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
  • I send them to my college professior who was a big sportscard fan. Just boxed up about 50lb of "big" catalogs in a big box and sent them along...
Why do I get the feeling, that some cards are worth money, while others are not?
  • Inter,
